7pm on Thursday 24th November was a normal evening at Urban Eatery- the restaurant was full, the staff were busy taking orders, families were tucking in to a Thanksgiving spread of multi-cuisine dishes, couples were keeping warm by the fire on the terrace outside and the pleasant buzz of conversation filled the Urban atmosphere.
